My name is Chrysi Miliordou and I am a psychologist, graduated from UOA in 2006. I also had my Master's Degree in Health Management in 2009. The last three years I work as a psychologist in my private office in Greece. I have attended many seminars on the subjects of psychology and psychotherapy, like counselling skills, stress and anger management, psycho-oncology, cognitive-behavioral therapy, clinical approaches to women coping with perinatal depression and pregnancy loss, chronic illnesses etc. I write articles for sites and magazines on a wide range of topics like stress, phobias, eating disorders, depression, bereavement and relationships of parents-adolescents.
